Access TV

This project started in the Twitch chat of a Dream Access TV stream, when I messaged Koolik mid-broadcast. Minutes later, I was invited to contribute a one-hour VJ/DJ mix for the channel. Dream Access TV, founded by Seth Troxler, is an artist-driven streaming platform inspired by offbeat public access television—genre-bending, nostalgic, and a bit surreal.

FoundationOur approach embraced the spirit of DAT: playful, unpredictable, and archive-heavy. The audio set was mixed in-house, while the visuals were crafted by collaging clips from the studio's shared video archive with new footage shot in Istanbul. The result was layered with motion graphics and animated treatments that leaned into DAT's analog, twitchy aesthetic.

Created using After Effects and Premiere Pro, the final piece aired as part of the DAT programming lineup, alongside other artist-driven segments. The project unfolded as a spontaneous crossover between radio, live visuals, and early-internet weirdness.

Bon VoyageWill take you to a swift hour long trip to up above and down below, manifested from their lifelong love of beats, plants and untamed oddities. You may jog, you may sail, you may cruise. Bon Voyage.
